Summer School Ride Times

2009 Summer School Ride Times

· Mini-trials will do stadium before cross country.

· The following will open on Saturday at 3:00p:

o Cross country course for walking

o Green Starter stadium course

o Secretary to hand out packets from 3:00p to 6:00p (will re-open Sunday at 7:00am). Secretary located under tent behind Masterson’s main show ring.

o Stabling will become available (contact us if you need to arrive earlier than 3:00pm)

· The Farrier will be on grounds at Masterson Sunday morning from 8:00-10:00am. Please try to have any known “repair jobs” done during this time so we do not have to call him back later in the afternoon.

· The cross country course and stadium ring will be closed for schooling starting on Wednesday and Friday, respectively.

· Dressage & X/C ride times along with entry status are posted via links at the bottom of this page (scroll to the right past entry status info to see ride times)

o Check that you are in the correct division

o Check to see that you are listed correctly for stabling.

o If there is a positive amount under “Amount due” or a “N” under “coggins”, please provide these when picking up your packet.

· You will not receive a packet / number until your entry, coggins, fees, etc are complete.

· Please check back here on Friday for any last minute updates. Also, any corrections to be made to your entry must be received by Friday at noon.

· Ride times could change by a few minutes so check your program when you receive your packet.

· Below is a TENTATIVE stadium schedule showing estimates for divisional stadium times, awards, course walks, etc. Please use this to help plan your day in advance (tacking up, course walks between rides, etc). All multiple rides have been accommodated as best as possible. It is your responsibility to make it to your rides on time.

Mini-trial awards will be given out at the secretary’s tent after cross country and the mandatory ½ hour protest period after scores are posted. Combined test awards will be presented mounted in the arena after each division.
